Privacy Notice — Call Request Page
This notice explains how information submitted on this page is handled. It applies only to this call-request page.
What we collect
Your answers to the questions on this page (Arizona residency, retirement stage, an approximate range of investable assets, what you would like help with, and whether you want to speak with an advisor), your name, phone number and email address, and technical information such as the page address, campaign parameters, browser type and the time of your request. We do not ask for account numbers, Social Security numbers or financial documents.
How it is used
To respond to your request: Capital Trust uses it to contact you by phone or email about your inquiry. ILT Capital, which operates this page and the advertising for Capital Trust, uses it to deliver your request and to measure the advertising's effectiveness.
Advertising measurement
This page uses the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure whether ads lead to call requests. When you submit a request, a notice that a request occurred is shared with Meta along with your email address, phone number and name in hashed (scrambled) form and technical identifiers, so Meta can match the request to an ad. Your answers about investable assets, retirement stage or goals are never shared with Meta.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. It is shared only with Capital Trust, ILT Capital as its service provider, and the service providers needed to operate this page (hosting, email delivery and Meta as described above), or where required by law.
Security and retention
Your contact details are encrypted at rest and access is limited to authorized staff. Information is kept only as long as needed to respond to your request and meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
